Looking for something without the wait? Items in the Already Hooked collection are made, packed, and ready to be shipped within 2 working days.
Everything else is made especially for you once your order is placed. Please allow 2–3 weeks for me to create your piece before it’s on its way. I promise it’ll be worth the wait!

Care Instructions
Each item is lovingly handmade, so treat them kindly! Hand wash in cool water, reshape whilst damp and lay flat to dry. Please avoid tumble dryers and direct heat.
Returns Policy
I hope you'll be so pleased with your purchase and it makes you just as happy to have it as it did for me to make it.
Please note that due to my products being custom made, items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.
If your item arrives damaged or there is a problem with your order, please contact me within 3 days of delivery and I will do my best to resolve the issue.
Once the item has been returned back to me, a refund will be issued.
